Cancellation Policy

1. No Subscriptions

The Service operates on a pay-per-check basis. There are no subscriptions, recurring billing, or ongoing commitments. Each payment is a one-time fee for a single visibility check. Because there is no subscription, there is nothing to cancel in the traditional sense.

2. Cancellation Before Execution

If you have initiated a payment but the visibility check has not yet started (e.g., payment was confirmed but the queue has not begun processing), contact us via our contact form immediately. We will attempt to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

However, because the check begins processing automatically upon payment confirmation, there is a very narrow window — typically seconds — in which cancellation is possible. Once the first API call has been made, the check is considered executed and cannot be cancelled.

3. Cancellation After Execution

Once the visibility check has started processing, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. The Service has already incurred costs from third-party AI and search providers. The report will be generated and made available as usual.

4. Account Deletion

If you have an account and wish to delete it, you may do so through your profile settings or via our contact form. Account deletion removes your personal information but does not retroactively cancel any previously completed checks or entitle you to a refund for past payments. 5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
