1. Service Description

AI Visibility Tool ("the Service") is a tool that checks whether a business appears in recommendations generated by AI platforms — including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, and Perplexity — and provides a search-visibility analysis from Brave Search and/or SerpAPI.

The Service runs targeted queries using your business name, location, category, and keywords against the selected AI platforms and search engines, and compiles the results into a visibility report.

2. Eligibility

The Service is currently available to users located in India. Users in other countries may browse the website but cannot transact at this time.

By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Payment Terms

The Service is priced at $1.00 USD per keyword + AI tool combination. For example, checking 2 keywords across all 4 tools costs $8.00.

For Indian users, pricing is displayed in USD equivalent and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) at the prevailing exchange rate through Razorpay. The exact INR amount is shown before payment confirmation.

All payments are one-time, per-check fees. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees. You pay only for the checks you explicitly request and confirm.

4. Refund Policy

Because the Service involves on-demand API calls to third-party AI providers and search engines — which incur costs immediately when a check is initiated — all sales are final once the visibility check has started.

If the Service fails entirely (e.g., all selected AI platforms return errors and the search visibility check also fails, and no results are produced whatsoever), you may request a refund by emailing privacy@aivisibilitytool.local3packpro.online within 7 days of payment. Partial failures — where some AI platforms return results while others error out — do not qualify for a refund, as the Service delivered partial but meaningful results.

Refund requests will be processed within 15 business days.

5. Disclaimer of Results

The visibility results provided by the Service are estimates and snapshots based on the stated methodology:

• Direct AI queries: We send your business name, keyword, and location to each selected AI platform and analyze whether the platform's response mentions your business.
• Search-visibility signals: We run a web search query and check whether your business appears in organic or local search results.

The results reflect a point-in-time check and are not a guarantee that your business will or will not appear in AI recommendations in the future. AI platforms change their models, training data, and behavior over time. The Service provides a data point for your awareness, not a binding measurement of ongoing AI recommendation performance.

You should not rely solely on these results for material business decisions. AI visibility is one of many factors in a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to probe or reverse-engineer AI platform behavior for competitive analysis beyond normal business use.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information.
• Attempt to manipulate, inject, or interfere with the prompts sent to AI platforms (prompt injection attempts are blocked by our input sanitization).
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, AI Visibility Tool, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, profits, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific check giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, and report format, is our intellectual property. The visibility report generated for you is provided for your personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish the report or any portion of it without our written consent.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
