1. Service Description

AI Visibility Tool ("the Service") is a tool that checks whether a business appears in recommendations generated by leading AI language model platforms, and provides a search-visibility analysis using search API providers. A current list of specific platforms checked is available at our vendors page.

The Service runs targeted queries using your business name, location, category, and keywords against the selected AI platforms and search providers, and compiles the results into a visibility report.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available globally where supported payment methods are accepted. Availability in specific countries or regions may vary based on payment processor coverage. Current supported regions are shown at checkout.

By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Payment Terms

The Service is priced per keyword and AI platform combination. Current pricing is displayed on the checkout page in USD and converted to your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment. The exact amount in your local currency is shown before you confirm payment.

All payments are one-time, per-check fees. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees. You pay only for the checks you explicitly request and confirm.

4. Refund Policy

Because the Service involves on-demand queries to third-party AI platforms and search providers — which incur costs when a check is initiated — refunds are only available in the following circumstance:

Eligible for refund: Payment was successfully captured but the visibility report was not generated due to a technical failure on our end (report never reached completed status).

Not eligible for refund: The report was successfully generated and delivered (status: completed), regardless of satisfaction with the results, since the service was delivered as described. Partial failures where some platforms return results while others do not are also not eligible, as meaningful results were delivered.

To request a refund, submit a request via our contact form within 7 days of payment, including your Razorpay Order ID. Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Disclaimer of Results

The visibility results provided by the Service are estimates and snapshots based on the stated methodology:

• Direct AI queries: We send your business name, keyword, and location to each selected AI platform and analyze whether the platform's response mentions your business.
• Search-visibility signals: We run a web search query and check whether your business appears in organic or local search results.

The results reflect a point-in-time check and are not a guarantee that your business will or will not appear in AI recommendations in the future. AI platforms change their models, training data, and behavior over time. The Service provides a data point for your awareness, not a binding measurement of ongoing AI recommendation performance.

You should not rely solely on these results for material business decisions. AI visibility is one of many factors in a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to probe or reverse-engineer AI platform behavior for competitive analysis beyond normal business use.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information.
• Attempt to manipulate, inject, or interfere with the prompts sent to AI language model platforms (prompt injection attempts are blocked by our input sanitization).
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, AI Visibility Tool, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, profits, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific check giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, and report format, is our intellectual property. The visibility report generated for you is provided for your personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish the report or any portion of it without our written consent.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
